When you run PhotoAdvent, you'll see a picture of a snow scene with 25 numbers on it.

This is the upper left corner of that window:

Screenshot #2 - PhotoAdvent PC After you click on the date, it will zoom open.

(Assuming, of course, that you're not peeking. If you click on a date that is later than your computer's date, PhotoAdvent will tell you "No Peeking!")

Here is a picture of the first date zoomed open and framed:

Once you have an expanded and framed date, all you have to do is erase the picture! Simply click and hold your mouse button as you drag your mouse around in the date. The mouse will act like an eraser - the covering image will gradually be erased and your picture will be revealed.

This is a picture of the first date partially erased:

Hint: If you leave this picture open for a while in PhotoAdvent without clicking, you may see it begin to snow in the picture's window. Wait a little longer and you may see things begin to emerge from the snow.

When you click outside of an expanded date, it shrinks back down to its original size, but now it contains a miniature of the picture that was in it.

To show it again at full size, simply click on the small picture. It will zoom open fully revealed.
